Status rubric

• Complete: purpose, caller, request/response (including errors), auth/authorization, idempotency/retry, model/migration links documented.
• In progress: partial documentation exists but at least one of the required fields is missing.
• Missing: endpoint exists but no usable contract documentation yet.
